Gary Moller: Message to the Freedom Movement
Gary Moller has written this great blog post Message to the Freedom Movement: If you don't consolidate your votes, we're all doomed! It can also be viewed here on BFD.
Quotes from a letter to Gary:
Unless we unite behind New Zealand First, oppressive laws and programmes, currently hidden in the backdrops, will kick into high gear after the election. Of that, it's guaranteed...
We are talking about programmes and laws such as the sexualisation of our children from preschool age, Co-Governance, Three Waters, GMO, and GE for plant, animal and human beings—Hate Speech Laws, the politicisation of the media, the UN's 2030 goals...
...There's a horrific worldwide conspiracy to suppress free speech—digital slavery, and it's coming to NZ, following the elections...
It has recently happened in the UK—the UK Online Safety Bill has passed. Is personal privacy over in the UK? Listen to the video ‘It’s Over’ on Gary's blog page to learn about the significance of this legislation—it's digital authoritarianism.
Don't let this happen in NZ. NZ First is the only party likely to win seats that is against such authoritarian measures. Don’t let us lose this opportunity. Otherwise, at the next election 2026, how much free speech will be permissible? Will Reality Check Radio survive under such strict censorship laws?
Reality Check Radio recently interviewed Gary about his post. Listen to this Game-Changer Interview!
Gary Moller has also written a powerful article advocating against men in women’s spaces / sports and the sexualisation of kids.
See here. These paragraphs from the article says it like it is.
Is there a father in this country who's comfortable with a biological male being free to enter a female changing room, to drop his pants, and flaunt his junk in front of their wife and children? I don't know about other men, but I won't stand for this.
NZ First is the only political party with a decent chance of getting into Parliament which has promised an end to this gender nonsense, including stopping the sexualisation and gender-confusion of our children, as young as preschool, through the sex new education curriculum that's been surreptitiously rolled out.
In the post Gary’s message is clear: If you don’t want men in woman spaces, if you don’t want men competing in women’s sports, if you don’t want children being sexualised in schools vote for NZ First.
Dr Alanna Ratna: A message to Freedom Fighters
On 29 September 2023, Olivia Pierson on Reality Check Radio read out parts of a communique from Dr Alanna Ratna to all Freedom Fighters. This begins at around the 10-11 minute mark. Listen here.
Olivia Pierson added supportive and noteworthy comments.
This is the link to Dr Ratna's letter. She made some very good points. Here are some quotes from the letter. (Emphasis & link mine)
Dear freedom fighter
…It's important to remember that no party that has polled at 3% or less prior to the election has entered parliament without winning an electorate seat.
At this very late stage, everything that the entire freedom community has strived for over the past three years could be lost unless we can all come together and support one party that will get into parliament.
That party is New Zealand First, it’s the only option unless ‘we’ are happy to see National and Act governing with a majority without a handbrake. With enough support, it’s possible to get 4 or more freedom fighters into Wellington who will carry the flag for all of us, thus paving the way for very significant success for the freedom community at the 2026 election...
New Zealand First is no-longer a “one-man brand”. It's senior leadership, board, candidates and members are mostly freedom people and they get the reality of vaccine harms, and its leader is ready to accept the baton and the responsibility the party has handed him. They are 'taking it' to the government and the old media, who have collaborated to shatter the country...
If the freedom parties and others are not willing to step aside in favour of New Zealand First, their accumulated vote will be (via the ‘Sainte-Lague’ formula) used to top up the number of seats allocated to the parties that do get past the 5% threshold. National and Labour the two largest parties would benefit the most.
In 2020 the so called ‘wasted’ vote amounted to 7.9 % (225,000 votes – 9 seats) and this allowed Labour to gain 5 additional seats…
There are some who say this doesn’t happen.
The fact is that it does.
... Minor party leaders who continue to tell their supporters that there is a chance of success, are being very unfair to them and to everyone else.
There is no ‘loss of face’ in standing aside in order to achieve the best possible outcome for all freedom fighters.
...How will you feel on October 15th, if you voted for a freedom party, that does not make it and gives extra seats to National or Labour? How will you feel on October 15th if no freedom parties make the threshold. There would be no voice to represent us.
Flag n Fix: Message to the Freedom Movement.
A Party Vote for NZ First is a vote for Kirsten Murfitt and other freedom fighters.
Kirsten Murfitt is 11th on the NZ First Party List. If NZ First gets 8.8% of the total votes, she will be representing us in parliament. Please help make this happen.
Winston Peters is not the party: The people in it are, such as brave freedom fighters, like Kirsten. She sent this letter to our members of parliament.
A quote from the letter:
In addition to my letters to Parliament, I have written to the Police Commissioner, the former Minister of Police, the Governor General, and the Head of the Defense Force, raising concerns and requesting an investigation. All calls for an investigation into the adverse reactions and contents of the vaccine have been stonewalled. Interestingly, the information presented in the letters has not been rebutted but conveniently ignored.
Kirsten has been fighting the fight, lets help her get into the Bee Hive so her letters and her voice will be heard. That is more important now, at this late date, than great policies from the freedom parties that have no show of reaching the 5% threshold. Good policies without anyone in power to implement them will have no impact on stopping New Zealand moving into totalitarianism. We need to make rational decisions. We need to make decisions that will help engage a handbrake now—2026 may be too late.
We cannot afford to make decisions that will help National or Labour enforce more censorship and restrictions. Vote for a minor party polling at under 3% if that is what you want. Such a vote will also reward Labour and National for their hurtful policies, censorship and childish name-calling they have inflicted upon us. To them we were a River of Filth, but we are a River of Freedom—a river than can take back our country if we vote wisely.
NZ Loyal only has two candidates. Do you want to waste your vote on a party that is polling at 1% and has only two candidates. NZ Loyal needs the next three years to grow and develop. NZ First will give NZ Loyal and other freedom parties time to consolidate and develop ways of working together—in parliament you need to know how to negotiate to get any policies across the line.
A massive number of dissatisfied people who voted Labour in 2020 have simply swapped their vote back to National—it hasn’t gone to the freedom movement. As Dr Ratna pointed out, no party polling at under 3% has ever got seats in parliament without winning an electorate seat. At least, use your party vote to get freedom people into parliament that have the best chance of getting there.
The calibre of NZ First candidates this time round is pretty darn good.
On RCR, Cam Slater recently interviewed Kirsten. Listen here.
Kirsten pointed out you might not like Winston but Winston is only one part of the party. It is actually run by caucus and the members.
You can’t go into power and just change things—not unless you have the numbers, like Labour has had over the past three years.
As parties usually need 51% of the votes in parliament to get anything passed, you need to work with other parties and negotiate. Winston is a skilled negotiator. Think what he has achieved as a minor party; for instance, he’s stopped the Therapeutic Products Bill on several occasions and he delivered the Super Gold Card. More achievements are mentioned in the interview.
Kirsten explains why NZ First went with Labour in 2017—and it’s a jolly good explanation. It was only after 2020 when thousands of National voters helped vote Labour in that things got out of control. You cannot blame NZ First for that—they were out of parliament, thus Labour had no handbrake.
However, this is not about Winston Peters. It is about us having the good sense to use this opportunity to get lots of seats in parliament so we can be heard.
As Winston says, How do you expect me to fly to the moon if you only give me a micro-lite. “So let’s give him a rocket ship this time”, says Kirsten.
The more seats NZ First gets, the more power they have. The more power they have, the more policies they can get across the line.
What you can do?
Party vote NZ First so we can get some freedom fighters into parliament.
Help get the word out so we have a chance of saving democracy in NZ.
If you want to send a message, electorate vote a freedom candidate and/or the person that best represents you. This will send a thank you message to those in the movement and will have the opposite effect on those that wronged us.
