Who and what should be investigated?
A Little Backstory
Barry Young (a.k.a. Winston Smith) worked for Health NZ. He administered a Covid 19 vaccination database, which he helped build, that related to pay-per-dose providers, such as doctors and chemists who administered the shots.
Barry Young became concerned when he began noticing some significant safety signals in the data. As NZ Health were not paying attention to any red flags and as he was haunted by what he saw, Barry followed his conscience and blew the whistle. What would you have done?
Barry was arrested on 4/12/23 and charged with 'accessing a computer system for a dishonest purpose'. He spent two nights in jail and had two court appearances before he was released on bail.
On 18th December he appeared in court for the third time and pleaded NOT guilty. He chose trial by jury. Barry's next court appearance (a Case Review) is scheduled for 10:15 am, Friday, 23 February at the Wellington District Court.

Who and What Should be Investigated?
1. Who Set the Scene?
It's not difficult to conclude NZ Health Authorities created the circumstances that drove Barry Young, an obviously compassionate man, to release data that he strongly believed needed to be looked into. In his work, he had witnessed too many red flags.
If you suspected something was terribly wrong and could be harming or costing lives, could you do nothing?
If the authorities had been transparent with the data, had sought peer review and scientific scrutiny, had compared vaccinated with unvaccinated outcomes, surely this whole situation would have been avoided and the truth about vaccine safety would have been proven one way or the other?
2. Why Don't the Authorities Release the Data?
Why are our Health authorities refusing to release data for public scrutiny? Barry's data drop proves data can be anonymised so privacy issues are not a concern.
In this article (you can read or listen to it), What the Whistleblower Data tells us About the New Zealand Ministry of Health, Guy Hatchard asks this telling question:
If health data shows that there is no harm from Covid vaccines why would the government deny access to the relevant data?
He added:
In fact, more than two years ago the government granted unfettered access to New Zealand Covid vaccine health data to vaccinologist Dr. Petousis-Harris Co-Director of the Global Vaccine Data Network. She promised to publish data on vaccine safety within months but has published no results since, and has publicly stated that she will not be getting another Covid vaccine. So what do you make of that? (emphasis mine)
Does her data confirm what Barry is telling us? If her data was favourable, I believe she would have kept her promise and kept up to date with her Covid shots.
If the authorities want to stop speculation, they need to be more transparent as promised. They need to open up their data sets so experts around the world can analyse the information.
3. Is NZ Health Hiding Valuable Information?
In a democracy you discuss data. That is the way it works and that is the best way to find things out. The fact that NZ Health want to hide the data is a huge red flag not in the best interest of the people it is meant to be serving.

Here are some of the valuable points he makes.
When the vaccine was first rolled out, NZ had little or no covid as we closed our borders. Therefore, deaths during this period could not be contributed to Covid.
Before NZ opened the borders, almost all the adult population had been vaccinated. Therefore, this is the cleannest data we have of vaccination impacts on a population without Covid 19.
In Feb 2022, NZ had its first major Covid surge. What happened in terms of infection and vaccination? There appears to be a huge surge in mortality after vaccination but peaking before Omicron hit NZ.
There is no better way to quell any misinformation or misinterpretation than by looking at all the data in NZ. Because NZ is a small country, has less movement, and had border closures, it probably represents the gold standard for seeing what impact vaccination has on population health and what impact Omicron and vaccination have on population health.
Why is this data not properly out there so it can be independently reviewed and verified because it is so valuable? It is the best in the world for comparisons. The world needs to see the NZ data.
Barry Young simply did what the MoH should have done.
4. Can We Trust the Ministry of Health?
The so-called 'misinformation spreaders' and 'conspiracy theorists’ have been right on so many issues surrounding Covid. In my opinion, the MoH, government authorities and their captured Legacy Media have spread most of the misinformation and lies.
For instance:
Those in authority told us the vaccine stayed at the injection site but they knew it didn't. It travels to every cell in your body, which explains its vast array of associated adverse reactions. If it stayed at the injection site, how could it affect every organ including the heart?
They also told us the jab would stop transmission without having any science or studies confirming that. They mandated vaccines based on a lie. Listen to Sue Grey talk about a damning OIA request on the subject here. And read more about it here.

Authorities refuse to release the NZ Pfizer contract. But some other countries have. It appears that a template document is used so they are fairly similar. For instance, from Clause 5.5 of the Canadian Contract, the Israel Contract, and the South African Contract, which has next to no redactions.
Purchaser further acknowledges the long term effects and efficacy of the product are currently UNKNOWN and that there may be adverse effects of the vaccine that are currently UNKNOWN.
But still our previous government mandated these vaccines. How could they be so reckless? And under these circumstances, how could they withhold informed consent and enforce mandates? And how could they give them to children who are not at risk from Covid?
How can we trust what the authorities say about anything or anyone anymore?
5. MoH Evidence of Harm?
There is overwhelming real-life evidence and loads of studies that show the 'vaccine' is linked to much suffering. Why is the MoH turning a blind eye? Omicron is not a killer or maimer of the young and healthy, and with the right treatment, not of the sick or elderly either. Dr Chetty and many other highly skilled doctors around the world have proven that. So why is our MoH still pushing the injections? Barry's conclusion that there are safety signals associated with the data he released is supported by this organised library of over a thousand peer-reviewed papers on vaccine harms and mechcanisms of harm and so much more. The library was mentioned in my previous article here.
At a press conference from Japan's 'Vaccine Issues Study Group, Professor Emeritus Masanori Fukushima from Kyoto University said:
A systematic review of the literature has revealed some surprising facts. Thousands of papers have reported side effects after vaccination, which affect every organ without exception. Ranging from ophthalmology to general medicine to psychiatry. These documents have been preliminarily investigated by a group of volunteer physicians. They have looked into how many cases have been reported by Japanese academic societies. This kind of reporting on drug side effects or the like is unprecedented.
Also a study out of Japan demonstrates that the hearts of ALL COVID-19 "vaccinated" individuals are under metabolic stress. See here.
According to this detailed list, there have been 2081 athlete cardiac arrests or serious issues, which include 1457 deaths. As the article says,
It is definitely not normal for so many mainly young athletes to suffer from cardiac arrests or to die while playing their sport, but this year it is happening. Many of these heart issues and deaths come shortly after they got a COVID vaccine. While it is possible this can happen to people who did not get a COVID vaccine, the sheer numbers clearly point to the only obvious cause.

As mentioned in my previous article, the Surgeon General of Florida, Dr. Joseph Ladapo, has called for an immediate halt to the Covid 19 shots because of significant safety concerns. When is the MoH going to do the same?
6. Are MoH & Health Authorities Being Honest about Excess Deaths?
Are there excess deaths in NZ that would support Barry's concern about what he saw in the data set? Yes, very likely. See my previous article on excess deaths here.
And in this article, Why Did the Ministry of Health Whistleblower publish Vaccine Data?, Guy Hatchard points out that according to the latest available official figures the average number of excess deaths (the number in excess of the long term average) is at 14 extra deaths per day. Guy stressed,
Distressingly, the media, the government, and Te Whatu Ora have failed to address the substance of the whistleblower’s concerns and the valid scientific reasons to acknowledge them.

Politicians who dismiss the data and emerging clinical evidence are acting in a wholly irresponsible manner, and posing a real threat to the duties of honesty and candour at the heart of good clinical practice. If substantiated, the concerns surfacing around falsified or concealed data are the most serious that I can imagine.
In his closing speech Andrew Bridges said (see full transcript of debate here):
The Minister could sort all this out if her Department were to tell the data holders to release the record-level data: the vaccine records, the vaccination data, the age of the vaccinated, what they were vaccinated with, and whether they have died or had a severe adverse event. That level of data would sort out this argument once and for all…”
And that is all Barry did? Released data, anonymised data. Data the MoH should have released.
7. Should MoH be Investigated?
Barry has reported serious concerns. To save lives, should not the MoH be investigated? What if they are hiding data that proves vaccine harm? What proof have we got that the MoH is not hiding vaccine harm to save their butts?
As lives are at stake, I believe Barry's concerns need independent investigation and should not be ignored.
Barry, who has not harmed anyone, has been charged but (to my knowledge) no independent investigation is underway to investigate the data to prove if MoH is or is not hiding data that proves vaccine harm. If so, they are harming New Zealanders by their continuing promotion of the 'vaccine'.
Over recent years, I believe the MoH has made a habit of misleading us. Are they placing Big Pharma and globalists’ interests before those of the people of NZ?

An OIA request has revealed the authorities knew the vaccines lacked the science to back up their claims of safety and efficacy.
From this OIA request (Document 10 section VI page 95 Benefit Risk Assessment. Subheading Uncertainies):
The duration of vaccine protection has not been established beyond two months.
At this stage, there is limited evidence of protection against severe disease.
There is no long-term safety follow-up information.
Vaccine prevention of asymptomatic infection and disease transmission has not been established.
Also from the same OIA request, Medsafe knew the frail were at risk from the vaccine. They were alerted to the death of 23 elderly in Norway following vaccination and more. (Document 10, Pt V.8 on page 93).
Barry's data drop indicates a temporal link between the jab and increased death rates in this age group.
This is also confirmed by Professor Norman Fenton, Emeritus Professor at Queen Mary University of London. Listen to the Reality Check Radio interview here. RCR:
After analysing the data, Fenton has concluded that a safety signal exists amongst the elderly demographic, in line with what has previously been observed overseas. He called for Health NZ to release the full array of data across the different payment systems so that a thorough analysis could occur.
Grant Dixon illustrated right at the beginning of the rollout that as vaccination rates went up in the elderly death rates went up. The curves were similar. Why did the Ministry of Health ignore this? Correlation may not mean causation, but in this case it is certainly a significant safety signal. How many elderly died sooner than need be because MoH ignored this red flag? See here.
Indirectly, is Barry being persecuted because the MoH did not look at the data properly and did not acknowledge and investigate this correlation? Grant Dixon's research, the information in the OIA release, and the released data all indicate that a fair number of elderly people were likely adversely affected by the vaccine. How many had their lives cut short?
Due to leaked documents, Italy's past Minister of Health, Robero Speranza, is under investigation for homicide for covering up information he had from the beginning that the shots were killing people. See here and here (use language of choice).
In NZ, Barry exposed possible serious harms that need investigation.
8. The Inquiry
Hopefully, the comprehensive public inquiry as promised by the coalition government will involve independent experts who comb through all the data. Lives are at stake.
Barry Young gave us a valuable glimpse of what all the data might tell us. That and the enormous supporting evidence of vaccine harm should be enough to stop the shots until a thorough investigation is completed.
Summary
Although incomplete, the data raises questions and serious concerns regarding vaccine safety. Morally and ethically, who is the guilty party? NZ Health for hiding public data or Barry Young for exposing the red flags?
In my opinion, it is not ethically or morally wrong to speak out when you see red flags that indicate the possibility of harm being done. It’s the ethical and heroic thing to do.
If the data had shown how good the vaccine was, I believe it would have been available for all to see. Is the data so bad, the authorities are afraid of public backlash. They cling to safe and effective like a life jacket that is unravelling at its seams.
Why is the Covid 19 injection still being pushed on our population? MoH knew there were reasons to believe the elderly should not be given the shot. They knew children and babies were not at risk from Covid 19. The evidence against these 'vaccines' is overwhelming. Many brave doctors have proven there are effective and safe alternatives.
To save lives, authorities need to stop censorship, gaslighting and authoritarianism and embrace debate, truth and democracy.
