At the present time, an urgent action we need our government to take is to reject the shortened time-frame amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR). The reject-by date is fast approaching.
In a Nutshell
These amendments significantly cut the time period for opting out of future adopted amendments to just 10 months. They may appear minor, but they do have significant ramifications. NZ has until 1st December to opt out. If we don't, NZ will have a much shortened time frame to review a whopping 307 proposed amendments. There won't be enough time to complete a comprehensive inquiry into NZ's Covid 19 Response within the new time frames. This increases the risk of NOT rejecting potentially harmful proposed amendments. See previous article for details. Also read the article about these amendments here on Door to Freedom, a great site for keeping up to date on the WHO and what it is up to—it’s an important site to share.
What we can do—Introduction
Except for mainstream media, there are now many who are doing their best to let others know about these amendments. By sharing some links or excerpts, we can all help to do the job mainstream media are meant to do. We can also sign and share Kirsten Murfitt's Petition. See below for link and details.
Here is a list of things we can do
1. Greg Rzesniowiecki's letter to our New Leaders
NZDSOS has published an effective article: 'WHO Treaty: Please Help Mount an Effective Opposition Against the World Health Organization’s Plans'. This article includes a downloadable letter to our new leaders from Greg Rzesniowiecki. NZDSOS say, ‘Personalise it, and send it to your political representative, with an expectation that they will respond and act in the interests of the people of New Zealand.’ Read the article and letter here.
The powerful opening paragraph:
The previous Government decided to take binding treaty action in respect to the WHO IHR amendments without any consultation with New Zealanders.
And its powerful closing paragraphs:
We respectfully recommend that:
The newly elected Government urgently request the caretaker Government to withdraw NZ's support for binding treaty action in respect to the Article 59 IHR amendments and specifically reject the amendments by 1 December 2023.
If the newly elected Government's policy is to get New Zealand back on track, then it must take a common sense approach to future pandemics rather than follow the WHO's autocratic decrees.
2. Kirsten Murfitt's petition: Reject the amendments to the International Health Regulations
You can sign here. Petition Closes 27th November 2023 11:59 PM NZST.
Petition request
That the House of Representatives urge the Government to reject the proposed minor amendments to the International Health Regulations 2005 (IHR) which are due to come into force in May 2024.Petition reason
I believe the proposed amendments to the IHR and the proposed international agreement on pandemic prevention would establish the WHO as the controlling authority of global health. I believe this means individual nations would surrender their sovereignty to unelected bureaucrats with discretionary powers to lockdown their citizens and economy for any international public health emergency. If NZ does not formally reject the amendments by 1 December 2023, we will be deemed to have accepted them.
Linda Warton has shared the petition here on her telegram page. Why not share this widely? Just about every post on her telegram page gives a reason why we need to reject these amendments and why we need to have a comprehensive, public investigation into our Covid Response and the World Health Organisation. Do New Zealanders want to be legally bound by the WHO’s Director General’s dictates? I don’t. Do you?
Kirsten Murfitt on RCR
Listen to Paul Brennan on Reality Check Radio interview Kirsten Murfitt here on her petition and the International Health Regulations. Share it widely.
Kirsten states she is hoping to increase the awareness of her petition and the IHR by engaging the help of ‘Lobby for Good’. If you would like to contact Kirsten, her best email contact is rebecca@kmlaw.co.nz
She says we're on a mission to take back our country. She indicated from Winston's public clarification on Sunday, he will be taking the December 1st (rejection deadline) amendments into the negotiations.
Winston Peters on RCR
This is in line with the comments he made in a recent Paul Brennan RCR interview. When Winston was asked about the WHO, he said we have got to stand up to the WHO and remain in control. Listen here.
As an aside, back in May 22, an article written by Winston Peters was published in the Daily Telegraph. It begins with:
“New Zealanders will be highly concerned that the World Health Organisation proposes to effectively take control of independent decision making away from sovereign countries and place control with the Director General…
You can read the full article here.
3. Kirsten's open letter to parliament
Kirsten asks us to share it with our MPs.
“My OIA Request and Open Letter to Parliament regarding the proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations 2005. In a properly functioning democracy, we can expect MPs to be transparent and accountable. Share with your local MP” Kirsten Murfitt
And share it as much as you are able to. Help inform more people.
An excerpt from the letter.
Members of Parliament have been elected to speak on behalf of the constituents and they have a responsibility to defend the freedoms and rights of New Zealanders. Accordingly, I strongly suggest that this letter is read in full and taken seriously given the potential impact on our sovereignty as a nation.
The Health Forum NZ is helping to spread the word.

OPEN LETTER TO PARLIAMENT RE AMENDMENTS TO THE INTERNATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS...
If you care about this (and every Kiwi needs to) please take the time to read this incredible letter to our Parliament.
Please will you share this widely...

NZDSOS is also helping to spread the word on Kirsten's petition and her open letter.
See here. They ask, “Please help oppose this imminent threat to the sovereignty of all nations including New Zealand by becoming informed, and signing the petition.”
4. A Letter to the Attorney General and another to the Human Rights Commissioner
A delegation of concerned New Zealand citizens has written to NZ’s Attorney General and the Human Rights Commissioner about the World Health Organisation’s push for global power. Click here and then scroll to the letters.
The letters are similar in nature and raise concerns about the WHO treaties including the adopted and the proposed amendments to the IHR.
Katie Ashby-Koppens, a qualified barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand, signed the letters for and on behalf of some highly qualified and courageous concerned citizens.
The assessed legal ramifications are summarized in Schedule 3 of the Attorney-General's Letter (Page 13). I urge everyone to read this article by Katie Ashby-Koppens.
Excerpts from the article:
‘The rejection, or reservation, by our governments to the WHO’s proposed Article 59 amendments to the International Health Regulations is not a big deal – it’s a bigger deal if they don’t!'
‘All this rejection does is give a member state the time to which it is entitled under the Regulations, to consider fully the sweeping changes proposed in the 307 IHRAs and the WHO CA+.’
Keri Molloy, one of the delegates, was interviewed about the letters by Paul Brennan on RCR. Listen here. And why not share it? It's quite short.
In the previous article, I mentioned Keri Molly and her article on the recently released documents from the Minister of Health. Since then, she has written another article subtitled: Fundamental human rights and freedoms are on the line She comments on the above-mentioned letters.
NZDSOS has also posted an article on these letters and background information on the United Nations / WHO treaties. See here.
What chance do we have?
Will our government reject the shortened-time-frame amendments? What chance do we have? We know NZ First is including these in their negotiation talks and ACT has stated, “New Zealand's Parliament is sovereign and the WHO cannot tell us what to do." View this post here.
So lets help NZ First get what we want—a democracy-based NZ and not a 'health'- controlled dictatorship. Help spread the word so more people become aware and pressure their politicians to consider the implications of NOT rejecting these amendments. And as there is strength in numbers, why not sign Kirsten's petition.
More information and resources to share to help get the word out
James Roguski, the go-to guy on anything to do with the WHO has written an article titled Take Action in New Zealand.
The Voices for Freedom in depth post on the WHO was recently updated on 10/11/23: The WHO’s Power Grab in the name of health. See here. This article details the four WHO / United Nations treaties that are at various stages.
The Interest of Justice Oversight Committee. There is some great information here. Take a look at their INVALIDITY REPORTS. Is there something there our good lawyers in NZ may find helpful? From the Oversight Committee’s site:
“Mainly, we are concerned with identifying and raising awareness about the ubiquitous and dangerous UN-WEF-WHO interference in scientific and political decision making and we seek to offer real solutions to governments about how to address this issue of gross and systematic corruption that threatens society.
Gary Moller is also helping to share Kirsten’s Petition. Read his article: ‘The Clock Is Ticking: The Urgent Need for Action on the WHO Treaty’ here.

Lies and Secrets
For a glimpse into the UK Covid Inquiry, watch this insightful 16 min video here. Dr Campbell says in his view we are seeing a litany of misinformation and disaster and most concerning of all is the concealment of information throughout the pandemic. If we had been given the information at the time, things could have been very much better… Dr Campbell also refers to the World Health Regulations—he says a big part of those is to block information.
