Updated Version: In this version, I added some more links, such as a link to the latest version of the WHO pandenic Treaty. I also corrected a wrong link and a terrible mistake I made in my haste to get this article out as soon as possible. Only the Online Survey on the proposed IHR amendments closes at midnight on the 18th February. Feedback on the WHO treaty can be submitted anytime during the negotiating period. I apologize.
Give Credit Where Credit is Due
Part of our present coalition government agreement was to reserve against Article 59 etc. of the WHO's International Health Regulations due to come into force in May 2024. They were successful in rejecting these. See here.
If NZ First had not pushed for this, NZ would have shortened time frames to consider a whopping 300+ proposed amendments.
This is an achievement. Only three other countries had the foresight to do this.
In an email blast at the end of last year, NZ First wrote:
Ensuring that New Zealand’s domestic law holds primacy over any international agreements sends a clear message that we value our sovereignty.
New Zealand First will do what it can to protect our nation’s interests.
Who Does the WHO Serve?
Based on some pretty obvious evidence, the WHO no longer serves the best interests of the people and most likely has not done so for some time. See here.
a. The WHO failed to Promote Cheap, Effective Covid 19 Treatments
The WHO did not promote the successful protocols that included Hydroxychloriquine or Ivermectin. These cheap drugs showed in many real-life situations and studies their extraordinary ability to fight the virus. See here and here and here.
Unfortunately for many, the WHO promoted expensive ‘vaccines’ and drugs like Paxlovid, Molnupiravir or Remdesivir all of which are nowhere near as effective or as safe as protocols using Ivermectin or Hydroxychoriquine. See here and here. And here for WHO’s policy. Some WHO Quotes:
WHO continues to strongly recommend nirmatrelvir-ritonavir (also known by its brand name ‘Paxlovid’) for people at high-risk and moderate risk of hospitalization.
If nirmatrelvir-ritonavir is not available to patients at high-risk of hospitalization, WHO suggests the use of molnupiravir or remdesivir instead.
The update also includes a strong recommendation against the use of ivermectin for patients with non-severe COVID-19. WHO continues to advise that in patients with severe or critical COVID-19, ivermectin should only be used in clinical trials.
b. The WHO Failed to Listen to Successful Doctors
Never before in the history of mankind did we have such a wonderful opportunity via the internet to share ideas of what was working and what was not, but the WHO blew it. Instead of sharing the protocols of highly trained doctors who were getting mind-blowing results such as Dr Shankara Chetty, Dr Tyson, and thousands of others, they censored them.
If they had listened to these doctors many lives would have been saved, NZ and other countries would not be wallowing in debt. But then the globalists and those with fingers in the pie would not have profited BIG TIME
c. The WHO’s Harmful Policies
The WHO's pandemic polices were based on promoting fear, lockdowns, segregation, social distancing, isolation, masking, nontraditional 'vaccines' that had never been proven to be safe, and expensive drugs with bad side-effects, censorship, lies and propaganda. These measures cost lives and livelihoods, and significantly reduced the quality of life for many through death of loves ones, injuries, mental issues, loss of income etc.
Their policies were NOT health-promoting polices, but those that indirectly or directly drove the sale of expensive vaccines and expensive drugs.
An Opportunity to Have Your Say
New Zealanders now have an opportunity to contribute their views on the WHO's proposed treaties.
Unfortunately, the contribution deadline for the proposed IHR amendments is extremely close. It is only a few days away. And unfortunately many New Zealanders are unaware of this opportunity so please share widely.
The deadline for feedback on the 300+ amendments is midnight 18 February 2024.
However, there are quick and easy ways to have your say.
a. Voices for Freedom Templates
Fortunately, Voices for Freedom has a really great page on their website explaining the contribution process with an easy-to-follow template you can use for the proposed IHR amendments and another for the proposed new treaty. See here. From the page:
These two Treaties are due to be voted on by New Zealand and the 193 other member states at the next World Health Assembly meeting scheduled for the end of May 2024.
Under the two Treaties, the WHO will be able to order measures, including significant financial contributions from individual Member States (New Zealand is a Member State), control the science, censor scientific debate, order lockdowns, restrict travel, and force medical examinations and mandatory vaccinations, all in the name of health.
Voices for Freedom also have a wonderful information page that is updated regularly on the WHO and their proposed treaties. See here.
For more on this, you can also watch lawyer Katie Ashby-Koppens talk about the World Health Organisation, what they're up to and what action you can take here.
Here is a direct link to the MoH page about the proposed IHR amendments, the consultation process, and their Online Survey. And here is the MoFT (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade) page asking for feedback on the proposed new treaty, which can be submitted anytime during the negotiating period. This page includes 2022-2023 feedback, which I previously was not aware of. MoFT are working closely with the MoH.
And here is an advance copy of the latest version of the proposed WHO treaty.
b. The Kirsten Murfitt Template
Kirsten Murfitt also has a template you can follow for the proposed 300+ amendments. See here.
From the article:
New Zealand lawyer and fierce advocate for democracy, human rights and medical freedoms, Kirsten Murfitt has compiled a Cheat Sheet for Objections to the Proposed Amendments to the International Health Regulations.
And from her X Page: Kirsten Muriff on X: “Cheat Sheet”.
For a direct link to her template, see here.
Kirsten has also written an open letter to our members of parliament. See here.
Just aired yesterday, 15 February, a great Cam Slater/Kirsten Murfitt interview about the WHO, what's happening and the upcoming deadline (18th February) for submissions on the proposed IHR amendments. At the end, Paul Brennan makes a public announcement on the subject.
The WHO is Breaking its Own Rules
The proposed amendments we are being asked to comment on are the latest version available to the public, but an updated version will be presented for consideration at the next World Health Assembly in May. The updated version should have been available at least four months before then to allow time for Nations to consider them. Despite this, the WHO still intends to present them. See here.
The fact that they are intending to break their own rules is disturbing. How many rules will they break if they more or less have absolute power?
Commitments in Coalition Party Agreements
From the Official Information Request:
During upcoming negotiations, officials will be cognisant of commitments in coalition party agreements, including that:
a. New Zealand’s law holds primacy over international agreements
b. our ability to agree to the outcome of the negotiations will depend on whether the overall outcome is in our national interest
c. the IHRs must retain their ‘opt out’ rejection mechanism
d. both the Pandemic Treaty and the Amendments to IHRs must provide explicit ‘reservation’ provisions allowing countries to not accept particular provisions.
