The WHO and other authorities will be able to interpret the proposed WHO Pandemic Agreement in whatever way they want to. Why is that?

Dr Peter McCullough agrees these documents are so vague. He says the WHO will probably operationalize whatever they want to.
Dr Peter McCullough also makes an extremely important comment.
These documents have been rolled out late; therefore, there is NOT enough time for REVIEW, i.e. before the upcoming World Health Assembly where nations are expected to vote on them.

The treaty centres around vaccine development and employment.
John Leake sums up his view of the treaty in one minute.
He says it is very clear what this complex is most interested in. They want emergency authorization for vaccines so that new and novel vaccines can be rapidly developed and are NOT subjected to the same regulatory testing.

Thoughts
How can any leader even consider an unclear, vague document?
Also, countries will have NO idea how much it is all going to cost and what the ongoing costs will be. But they will be enormous.
How can any leader agree to an agreement that could drive their country further and further into bankruptcy?
However, it is clear what the WHO complex is most interested in;
fast-tracked, profitable ‘vaccines’ that come with NO guarantee and NO liability.
In my opinion, they care nought for life. If they did, they would stop the Covid 19 shots immediately and investigate the avalanche of excess deaths and injuries that are occurring in highly vaccinated countries.
As an aside: Update on Treaty Negotiations.
The good news is NO overall agreement was reached on the WHO Pandemic Agreement during the latest round of negotiations. Background information.
However, James Roguski says in his article ‘Toss the Treaty in the Trash’,
The INB seems to be planning to continue the secret negotiations up to the very last moment before the 77th World Health Assembly is scheduled to begin on May 27, 2024.
